- The customer fills in the application form on our website.
- We will contact the customer within three working days to verify the provided information.
We will arrange to send the application documents and the medical checkup coupon (only applicable to Indonesian helpers) to the customer. The Indonesian helper can then attend the medical examination at the designated center in Mongkok. The medical report will be sent directly to our company. - The customer reviews the documents, signs them, and sends them back using the provided envelope via courier (our company will cover the delivery fee).
- The processing procedure will be completed within twenty working days or five weeks, before the new working visa takes effect. Once the working visa has been granted, the customer will receive the new contract and visa by courier.
